Event Details

Come learn what self-defense is and how to become more aware of your surroundings with our very own Officer Cruz! You will also have the opportunity to practice self-defense techniques in the event of a hostile situation. Program will meet on the lower level of the Senior Center. Registration will close on Wednesday, June 29th. Note: please dress in loose clothing; no jewelry.
